Refund policy

All returns will be issued in the form of shop credit.

Online returns must be mailed back or dropped off within 30 days of your order date. If you send a return back outside of your return window your return will not be accepted and you are responsible for any shipping fees to get your product.

 

Items that are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return are:
ALL SALE ITEMS are final sale. No exceptions. 
Undergarments such as bralettes, Earrings, Hats, headbands, or beanies

 

To return items that ARE eligible for return
Product must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Item must be free of perfume, cigarette smoke, or stains.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend you use a Canada Post and a tracked shipping method for your return as packages lost in transit are out of our control.

You can also drop your return off at our location in Shell Lake or our pickup location in Prince Albert.

 

Damaged Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping but in the event that an item is damaged or defective upon receipt we must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the product in order to receive a full refund. The CHILL SPOT will be responsible for all costs associated with replacing and returning the item if the item is damaged or defective. Damages caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted.

 

EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE when the required items are in stock and arrangements are made to do so.

 

If you are not happy with any of your purchases from us for a different reason please send us an email and we will work with you to rectify the situation.
